Service issues cropped up here and there, like the outdoor smoking area going uncleaned all day. I found the breakfast spread pretty average, lacking variety, and room service left a lot to be desired. One night, my room service never arrived, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making it slightly uncomfortable. Also, the layout of the elevators felt a bit claustrophobic due to dim lighting, and those cow print chairs in the lobby? Not my taste.

The location is AMAZING! Super close to everything yet still feels safe. The breakfast with fresh fruits and made-to-order eggs was the highlight! Just wish the room was a bit bigger. 😊

Oh man, the room service food is top-notch! The breakfast buffet was a great way to kick off the day, and the location is perfect for hitting up nearby eateries like Juana la Loca and Cacio & Pepe. Plus, the staff were super friendly, making me feel right at home.
