    The truth, what's good and what's not

    The location is really good, offering easy access to shops and eateries. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness were standout features.

    Maintenance issues with the air conditioning created discomfort . Restaurant service was lacking, leading to disappointing meal experiences.

    Room was modern and fairly clean.

    The rooms with a beautiful decor. Exceptionally comfortable bed, absolutely fantastic and delicious breakfast with slices of fresh bread, pastries, pancakes, meats and hot waffles. Heated pool, parking nearby.

    Service issues cropped up here and there, like the outdoor smoking area going uncleaned all day. I found the breakfast spread pretty average, lacking variety, and room service left a lot to be desired. One night, my room service never arrived, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. Not my taste.

    I had a fantastic 3-night stay, with the breakfast being a highlight. the variety was impressive! The room was spacious and clean, especially the comfy bedding. The rooftop area was a lovely relaxing spot, though photos made it seem larger than it was.
